DPM Biostatistics is a sole proprietorship consultancy with a focus on clinical studies of devices and diagnostics to support regulatory requirements. Core areas of expertise include estimating sensitivity and specificity, ROC curves, multi-reader-multi-case (MRMC) studies, bootstrapping to account for correlated data, time-to-event analyses, model calibration, study design and sample size estimation.
Dave P Miller has spent the last 30 years in both academic and industry settings designing and analyzing clinical trials, observational studies, and health outcomes data. He has presented regularly to biostatisticians, clinicians, and regulators in both private and public settings, and has co-authored more than 100 papers in medical journals related to analyses he has conducted and directed.
